UPDATE FROM THE PLANNING COMMISSION - None today.

PROGRAM -     Today our program was our own Bonnie Best speaking on Wellness.  Bonnie stressed that it is critical for all of us to take responsibility for our own health, including knowing why we are taking all of our medications.  Sleep, exercise and proper eating are critical.  Wellness is being well, and the way we think truly makes a difference.  Her theme for 2014 is “Love and Miracles” and encouraged us to adopt our own as they help keep us focused as our days are so busy.  She also stressed Rest and Relaxation drinking lots of water and fresh air, nutrition and eating habits (acidity vs. alkaline) . . . she taught us about a “Heart Map” and relaxation exercises.  Bonnie recommended “Your Body’s Many Cries For Water” by Dr. Batmanghelidf.  Bonnie is available to encourage and help her fellow Castro Valley Rotarians - her website is newyou.bestwellness.co and her website is bonnie@bbest.com . . . and her telephone number is 510-761-0439.   Thanks, Bonnie!
