Dennis Waespi, Director – East Bay Regional Park District
East Bay Regional Park District (EBRPD) was the featured lunch speaker. Dennis was born and raised in Castro Valley and he chooses to live in Castro Valley. He attended Castro Valley Elementary School, A.B. Morris Junior High, and graduated from Castro Valley High School.
