Castro Valley Rotary Announces 1st Annual Miniature Golf Club Championship at Golden Tee
Golden Tee Golfland
The Castro Valley Rotary Club is thrilled to announce its 1st Annual Miniature Golf Club Championship, taking place on May 19, 2026 at 5:30 PM at Golden Tee Golfland, located at 2533 Castro Valley Blvd., Castro Valley. This new event promises to become one of the Club’s most anticipated traditions, bringing together Rotarians, families, and friends for an evening of spirited competition and community fun.
Participants will enjoy beer, wine, soft drinks, and delicious food provided by Canyons Barbecue, creating the perfect atmosphere for friendly rivalry on the miniature golf course. Prizes will be awarded to the top finishers, and the evening’s champion will receive the event’s highest honor: the Golden Putter, a perpetual trophy that will be passed down annually to future champions.
Club President Misti Short expressed her excitement for the inaugural event, noting how well it reflects her theme for the Rotary year. “Each sunrise is a new day to serve,” she said. “And sometimes service begins with building connections, sharing laughter, and strengthening the bonds that make our Rotary Club so special.”
Rotarians and guests are warmly invited to attend what is sure to become one of the Castro Valley Rotary Club’s favorite annual gatherings. The event is open to all skill levels—from seasoned mini‑golf pros to first‑time putters—ensuring a memorable evening for everyone.
Hors d'oeuvre appetizers will be served, guests are welcome, the cost is $20.00
