Malikah Taylor - Service of County Ombudsmen to the Elderly in Long - Term Care Facilities Malikah Taylor is currently one of three paid Field Managers providing services in Alameda County along with 16 volunteers, who are cleared by a Department of Justice (DOJ) background check. An Ombudsman is an advocate and provides advice to residents of licensed long-term care facilities. A county-based program, they handle concerns and complaints by residents and their families of long-term care facilities.
