Ralph Watkins III is the Managing Broker of Watkins Real Estate and the current President of the Rental Housing Association of Southern Alameda County (RHA). Watkins Real Estate manages over 250 residential and commercial units in the greater Bay Area.  Ralph specializes in the sales and 1031 exchanges of Investment property including multifamily residential apartment buildings, commercial property, and wineries (real estate and businesses). Ralph is a sponsor of syndicated partnership offerings. Ralph originally acquired his CA Real Estate salesman license in 1986. Ralph worked in the financial industry at Franklin/Templeton Fund, Hambrecht & Quist, JP Morgan and Bear Sterns before rejoining the family business in 2005.
