Rick Silva is the Founder and President of B2B Gathering, Inc. He is one of the nation’s foremost experts on business networking and referral generation. He’s given numerous presentations to thousands of people—including speeches at Stanford University, and sharing the stage with Les Brown at the Millionaire Marketing Seminar.

Rick’s primary goal is to help business owners, entrepreneurs, salespeople and consultants bring prosperity into their lives through business networking and building up steady streams of referrals.

Rick has demonstrated his considerable networking skills through building and personally running over 900 B2B group meetings. His sales talents and coaching practice have helped clients and colleagues generate millions of dollars worth of business.

After receiving his degree in electronics engineering, Rick worked as a field service engineer for Eastman Kodak. Feeling a need to work with people more than machines, he moved into employment recruiting. In a three-year span he moved his way up through the ranks from account manager to senior account manager to director of operations for a successful staffing firm, and helped build it from annual sales of $125,000 to more than $950,000 in 18 months. Rick later served as a senior marketing recruiter for Cisco Systems.
